Hi, my name is Michelle and I am the founder of Wigglewags. I am a qualified Dog Training Instructor offering courses in basic and advanced obedience, fun agility, fun gun dog training and flyball. Dog training is my passion and I hope to make dog training available to all with judgement free, science-based, good value dog training.
My other ventures include working on the Street Vet project - a charitable venture helping homeless people find accommodation with their dogs. I am also able to complete complex Dog Assessments for Fostering Agencies using the Corum BAAF template due to my duel qualifications as both a Dog Trainer and a Social Worker. This unique combination of skills means that reports can be presented from the child's and the potential carer's perspective, using the knowledge of dog behaviour and communication most social workers do not possess.
Charlotte is a qualified Veterinary Nurse and completed her Dog Training Instructor qualifications with high recommendations. Charlotte has a keen interest in pet Gun Dog Training as well as obedience and is a fountain of knowledge! You'll find her on the Wigglewags Training Field on a Saturday.
Lesley is our Newly Qualified Dog Training Instructor and we are so lucky to have her on board. Lesley has worked as a Teacher and a Learning Mentor for children and teenagers with Autism but has always taken an interest in dog training. She has proactively trained all of her dogs and recently took the leap into the amazing world of becoming a dog trainer after starting her training at Wigglewags with her dog Harley in early 2022. Lesley’s teaching skills and her love of dogs is a great combination. You will find Lesley on the Field on Sundays and Evenings.
